eCourts moving on to Track 4 Counties

Attention Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Guilford (Greensboro & Highpoint), Orange, Person, Vance, Warren County clients!

As you might know, starting Monday April 29, 2024, the e-courts program Odyssey will be going live in your counties. Due to the anticipated system outages as a result of merging the old DOS-based system with the new cloud-based system, the above counties have notified us to expect delays prior to going live with the system on April 29th.

For Guilford County clients, please be aware that the Clerk of Court has elected to only allow twenty (20) cases per docket until further notice. This will affect how soon your cases will be heard before the Magistrate and we ask for your patience in the coming weeks. We assure you that we are taking on as many dockets as the court is allowing and are hopeful this is only temporary while everyone adjusts to the new system.
