Partner
I’m a Partner at Loebsack & Brownlee, now practicing in Virginia. I love helping clients navigate legal challenges, especially in landlord-tenant law, while making the process transparent, manageable, and as stress-free as possible.
I’m a proud Tarheel and earned my Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. My background in Journalism has proven to be invaluable in my legal career because I believe clear, honest communication is the foundation of every strong team and client relationship.
I joined Loebsack & Brownlee in 2014 as a North Carolina Associate Attorney, became a Partner in 2020, and in 2024, I took on a new chapter as a Partner in Virginia. Along the way, I’ve led teams, guided clients through eviction proceedings, compliance matters, and negotiations.
When I’m not working, I enjoy woodworking, gardening, traveling, and reading.

Jessica Lineberry
Partner
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bluefield University and my Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. I’ve been part of the Loebsack & Brownlee team for over a decade, starting as an Associate Attorney in 2015, and I’m now proud to serve as a South Carolina Partner at the firm. I am licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Before attending law school, I spent two years in law enforcement, but I realized my talents would be best used on the lawyer side. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to travel and teach on various legal topics, particularly those related to evictions.
When I’m not practicing law, I stay busy pursuing my passion for performing. I work professionally as an actor and circus performer, specializing in aerial arts and fire-eating.
