With over two million Americans currently serving in either the Active Component, the National Guard, and our Reserve forces, you should always stay in-the-know on renting to our Military Servicemembers! Our L&B attorneys will take a deep dive into:
- Understanding valid Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Orders;
- Navigating the rights provided to Servicemembers under State and Federal law (including lease-termination and security deposit rights); and
