Lunch & Learn Request

In such pivotal times as these, the demand for current and pertinent legal education and training is as critical as ever.  At Loebsack & Brownlee, we value our partnership with your management company, and we feel it is our charge to provide the tools and resources you need for sustaining the viability and vision of your communities. Our Lunch & Learn program is a special perk we provide up to twice a year for management company clients that use our services for their whole portfolio of communities.  We are excited to announce a change that we believe will not only be respectful of the times we live in, but will give you the most flexibility and efficiency to impart knowledge to your teams. Beginning June 15, 2021, we will offer our Lunch & Learn sessions either virtually via Zoom, or as an in-person event at your property’s conference space (or other suitable venue).  Typically, it’s best if we can get as many of the properties and/or managers in your portfolio together as possible.  For those that are not on site, a web conference address will be provided, and questions can be submitted during the meeting in real time through the Q&A tab in the web portal.  The attorneys can teach on a specific topic, they can do an hour of Q&A, or they can do a healthy combination of the two – whatever you think will work best for your situation.
