Kindly note that our Law Firm is an Eviction-Only law firm and we only represent professionally managed, licensed, property management companies. Specifically, we work with Multi-Family (MF) Apartment Communities, Build to Rent (BTR) Communities, and Single Family Rental (SFR) Companies in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia, with possible expansion plans to include Tennessee and Florida. On a limited basis, we can also assist with Mobile Home Communities in North Carolina only.
