Our law firm focuses on providing one singular service: supporting residential property management companies in navigating the legal process of evictions.
The only work we do at L&B is eviction cases, and the only clients we do them for are Professionally-Managed Single-Family, Build to Rent, and Multifamily Apartment Communities. We can also accept Mobile Home Communities in North Carolina in select counties and under certain circumstances.
(Note: at this time, we are not accepting new clients who operate project-based or heavily-subsidized communities).
