Updated August 9
Rivers are continuing to rise and flooding is occurring in several areas this morning, so some courthouses who planned to open have been unable to do so. Please continue reading below and check the links at the bottom of the page today and on Monday as well to be sure.
Our team is also doing their best to proactively reach out to clients as well.
Stay safe!
Updated August 8 – 7:35 pm
As Hurricane / Tropical Storm Debby exists our area, and the cleanup begins, please allow our team ample time to coordinate with the courts to reschedule any cases that were postponed due to the inclement weather and court closings.
PLEASE CONTINUE CHECKING THE LINKS BELOW FOR YOUR STATE TO SEE IF YOUR COURTHOUSE IS OPEN.
If your county is/was affected, we will contact the clerks of court.
We ask for and appreciate your patience as we work through the process. We will work as expeditiously as possible, but it sometimes takes several days because the courts are overwhelmed with phone calls and communications. Once cases have been rescheduled, we will update the eviction portal and the system will send out email updates that evening.
We thank you for your continued trust and for your business.
